Women who are pregnant is to be extra vigilant against any food consumed as well as the activities being carried out. The main constraints faced by pregnant women is any food that goes into their stomachs.

7. Cottage cheese
Cheese is delicious, but for pregnant women consume too many soft cheeses such as Brie, Camembert, Roquefort, Gorgonzola, and the like can be dangerous. This is because the cheese listeria bacteria can damage the contents.

8. Vegetables and fruits are not washed
Vegetables and fruits are not washed very dangerous for pregnant women because these foods may contain Toxoplasma which would endanger the mother and fetus.

9. Milk and juice are not sterile
Milk and juice that has not been sterilized is also not recommended for consumption by pregnant women. Both of these beverages if not sterilized can contain listeria bacteria that can damage the immune system of the baby's mother and harm the unborn baby.
